Köykkäs vacation cabins – Terms of reservation

Reservation

The reservation is confirmed when the customer has paid the agreed sum by the due date. If the payments are not made or are not on time then the reservation can be cancelled without further notice.

Cancellation

There is a cancellation fee of 70€. If the cancellation is made 21 days prior to the booking date or later then the charge will be the full rental sum. If however we are able to rent the cabin to another party then only the deposit of 70 € will be charged.

Cancelling the rental agreement

In the event of an unavoidable obstacle (force majeure) is the owner permitted to cancel the rental agreement. The customer must be informed immediately and all payments will be returned.

Keys

The keys will be given to the customer at a date, which has been previously arranged either over the phone or in writing..

Coming and going

The cabin is at the disposal of the customer from the date of arrival until 12.00 on the date of checking out. Weekend bookings are from 16.00 on Friday to 15.00 on Sunday

Included in the rent

Rental includes the cabin, sauna and use of the boat. Also included are cooking utensils, tableware, cutlery, fuel for heating, cooking and light. The customer is to provide bedding (bedding can be arranged by the owner with prior notice). Dishwashing liquids, basic seasoning and toilet or kitchen roll are not included in the rent.

Summer cabin

The customer is responsible for cleaning the cabin during and at the end of the rental period. Upon checkout the cabin is to be in the same condition as it was at check in. Clean with all dishes washed. There is an 80€ cleaning charge if the cabin is not cleaned.

Other

• he customer is to pay for any damages done to the cabin or its contents directly to the owner.
• The number of customers is not to exceed the number of beds in the cabins.
• Without the owners consent the use of tents or camper vans anywhere on the premises is forbidden.
• Because of allergies pets are not allowed.
• Smoking indoors is forbidden.
